Keynote
An inspiring keynote opens a different way of looking at values and culture. With recognizable examples and a shared question, I invite participants to explore their own everyday experiences.
Stories in small groups
Participants share meaningful moments from their work. By listening and asking questions, they discover what matters to each other. Their experiences set the direction of the conversation.
Sharing together
We bring the stories back to the whole group. Together, we explore recurring themes, different perspectives, and what deserves attention. What do you want to strengthen or change, and what could a first step be?
